These lots range in size from 2,500 to 3,000 square feet. Approximate home sizes will range from 1,600 to 2,200 square feet.

You may select a great home or unique lot on which to build a home of your preference.

All will be carefully placed in and around the spectacular landscape and topography of the historic Cavalier Grand Hotel.

More than a half-million bricks were used in the original construction of The Cavalier Hotel. Our three-story Brownstone residences will employ the same architectural materials and painstaking attention to detail. Situated on approximately 2,500 square-foot lots along a winding tree-lined street, these tasteful luxury townhomes will include 2,500 to 3,000 square feet of living space. For the buyer who wants efficient and elegant living with a distinct and unique architectural theme, the Carriage Homes will deliver with outstanding value and luxurious amenities. At 1,500 to 1,900 square feet with two and three bedrooms, the Carriage Homes will offer the convenience of right-sized living. Each of these homes will contain two interior parking spaces.

This product will be built by the Developer.




Our most unique living experience will be our quaint Bungalows, in two different locations. These lots will range in size from 1,000 to 2,000 square feet.

The 500 to 700 square-foot, one-story suites will be located to the west of the entrance to the hotel, amongst the stand of old-growth live oak trees.


Carriage Homes

One-and-a-half to two-story Bungalows, which will be sized from approximately 1,400 to 1,800 square feet, will be situated in the wooded area along Holly Road.
